About this land node

Finca Kosmos is a regenerative bioregional land node on Costa Rica’s Gold Coast. Designed as a global regenerative lab and hub, it integrates educational facilities, regenerative agriculture (cattle grazing, agroforestry, permaculture), a digital lab and a regen village with off-grid housing. It partners with organisations such as Suelos Vivos and Costa Rica Regenerativa to foster research, learning and community development while demonstrating sustainable land management.

Project Purpose
To serve as a global epicentre for regeneration by integrating knowledge exchange, research, community development and regenerative land management; it offers educational programs, off-grid living, regenerative agriculture, a digital lab using Web3 technology and impact tourism, bridging education, technology and sustainability while supporting local communities.
